About me

Most of my professional life has been spent in regulated environments, where structure, clarity, and accountability really matter. I’ve learned that complex programs rarely fail because of technology — they fail because ownership is unclear, decisions are delayed, or risks are ignored.

I’m comfortable sitting with executives, control functions, and technical teams in the same day — translating strategy into governance, and governance into delivery. I enjoy turning ambiguity into structure and helping organizations move forward without losing control.

Outside of work, I’m wired in much the same way. I’m a KCBS-certified barbecue judge and a long-time BBQ enthusiast, drawn to the discipline of “low & slow” cooking — where patience and precision define the outcome. I practiced combat sports for most of my life, and today I channel that same focus into golf and skiing. Whether in sport, cooking, or technology, I’m drawn to environments where preparation, timing, and consistency create lasting results.
